FileLocker offers enterprise customers the option of using one of our military-grade data centers or using an existing data center, protected with the company’s firewall and managed by internal IT teams.  Your company may need reporting for data stored inside your data center, or a colocation offsite data center. FileLocker can offer security for data used collaboratively within the software.

FileLocker offers the ability to control usage and behavior within the software. Administrators will be able to control the following features by user and by company:

 

  • Apply LDAP controls: clear collaborators, preferences, files, and backup files if needed.
  • Add and delete users freely
  • Change user passwords
  • Assume user identity
  • Force read-receipt
  • Force password use
  • Allow or disallow API access

Monitoring usage of FileLocker by employee

Data is power. FileLocker allows your company administrator to monitor files and users to see if there might be a risk of security breach. Monitor based on the type of file shared and how often the file is accessed. FileLocker allows you to monitor these variables graphically and create new reports as needed.
